Extensive experience leading complex organizational transformations, developing managers, providing one-on-one consulting, and facilitating workshops.
Former senior management roles in companies like “Cellcom” and EDS, with proven expertise in building management strategies and enhancing organizational performance.

Hagit Mitrani

Over 20 years of experience in organizational consulting, including leading roles at prominent tech companies.
Holds a Master’s in Organizational Behavior and lectures at HIT (Holon Institute of Technology).
Specializes in driving organizational change initiatives, leadership development, and enhancing team performance.
